Brooklyn Brewery releases new Joy Anonymous documentary

Brooklyn Brewery, in partnership with Universal Music, has today released its new documentary following the hit electronic duo, Joy Anonymous.

Shot between London and Brooklyn, New York, the short film provides a rare behind-the-scenes look into the creative process of Joy Anonymous, the viral London-based group known for their uplifting anthems and joyful artistry. The release of the Brooklyn Pilsner x Joy Anonymous film marks an unrivalled year for Joy Anonymous who have soared to success performing at Glastonbury Festival and Coachella, as well as selling out headline shows in both London and New York.

The documentary is described as "a story which captures how our community came along when it was needed most. An example of how the dance music industry has opened up with inclusivity and spontaneity as top priorities.

Speaking on the documentary's release, Joy Anonymous said: “Like Brooklyn Brewery, we’re part of a movement that celebrates people coming together, without barriers. We’re proud of the music we make and community we’ve built. If we can move just one person, in whatever way, be it physically or emotionally, then we’ve done our job”.

The documentary, presented by Brooklyn Pilsner, is available to watch on YouTube here.  You can discover more about Joy Anonymous here on their website, or visit their Instagram. Joy Anonymous will also be supporting The Streets on their upcoming tour, and Fred Again on his Europe and US tour later this year.
