Paul is CEO of Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company. He began his Carlsberg career in Marketing with Carlsberg UK in 2007 and has subsequently held the positions of VP Marketing and VP Sales for Carlsberg Sweden, and VP Craft & Speciality for Carlsberg Group in Copenhagen. In January 2019 he was appointed Managing Director of Carlsberg Poland, where he was also Chairman of the Polish Brewers Association. Prior to Carlsberg, Paul held a number of senior commercial roles for Premier Foods, Dairy Crest, United Biscuits and Iceland.
Vice President, Free On-Trade
Simon is VP Free On Trade for Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company. He grew up in his parents’ pub and has been in the hospitality industry all his life. Simon began his career with Whitbread Beer Company in 1994 and later moved into tenancies with Brakspear Pub Company. He joined Marston’s in 2002 and has held various senior roles, before becoming Free Trade Sales Director in 2015.
Vice President, Marketing
John is VP Marketing for Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company. Previously he led the Commercial Marketing function for Marston’s, including Licensed Brands Marketing, Wines & Spirits plus Category, Consumer and Trade Marketing. Prior to this John was Sales Director at Charles Wells and has also held senior Sales and Commercial Excellence roles in Molson Coors as well as leading marketing teams for a number of well-known bar, pub and restaurant brands.
Vice President, Production
Ramesh is VP Production at Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company. He joined Carlsberg UK from a position as Industrial Director at Lactalis India. Before Lactalis, Ramesh spent seven years with Mondelez India, in roles such as Associate Vice President and Manufacturing Head of multiple sites in India. From 2007-2010 he was operations manager in Heinz, and he also spent 10 years with Nestlé India in multiple manufacturing roles.
Vice President, National On, Off-Trade & Export
Carl is VP National On, Off-Trade & Export for Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company. Carl has over 20 years’ experience in commercial sales and marketing roles across the FMCG and hospitality sectors. He joined Marston’s in 2010 and was appointed to the Board in 2015, leading the off trade and national on trade business. Prior to this Carl held a variety of commercial and leadership roles at Maxxium and ABInBev.Carl is VP National On, Off-Trade & Export for Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company.
Vice President, Human Resources
Greg is VP Human Resources at Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company. He joined Carlsberg UK from PepsiCo where he held a number of HR roles including the position of Senior HR Director, Commercial Functions, ESSA. Greg began his career as Senior HR Officer at Nestlé in 1997 and has also held HR roles at Northern Foods.
Vice President, Customer Supply Chain
Sarah is VP Customer Supply Chain at Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company. Sarah joined Carlsberg UK in September 2019 from Coca Cola European Partners, where she was Director of Cold Drinks operations, with responsibility for supply planning, customer service, field engineering and logistics. During her nine years with the business she also held the positions of Customer Logistics Director and Customer Services Director. Prior to this Sarah held a number of senior roles within Oxford University Press and Nestle Waters.
Vice President, Market Strategy & Planning
Chris is VP Market Strategy & Planning at Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company. During his time with Carlsberg UK he has led the Independent Free Trade and off-trade customer planning function, covering crucial areas including sales capability, sales reporting and sales operations. Prior to joining Carlsberg UK, Chris worked for Mondelez and fulfilled a number of leadership roles across national accounts, field sales, customer marketing and category planning.
Chief Financial Officer
Adam is Chief Finance Officer for Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company. He joined Carlsberg UK in 2018 from Tate & Lyle PLC where he was Divisional Finance Director and previously Global Head of Financial Planning and Analysis. Prior to this, Adam has held a number of senior finance roles at Youngs Seafood and Cadbury’s, having begun his career at Deloitte.
